Do We Still Believe In The Colossus Poem?

I believe we Americans still believe in the Colossus poem because that is what makes us one. If it wasn't for that poem where would we be and how would life be without it? Ask yourselfs that. This poem in one way or another impacted us. Our lives would be all over the place if it wasn't for this inspirational poem. I believe that. It's in embedded in our hearts forever. All of us should be thankful for this beautiful poem. I will always remember the meaning or the message of the poem . What I think the message is of the poem is to be thankful for everything and everyone in your life and stand up for what you believe in. That is how I feel with the Colossus Poem.
