colossus

Not like the large acclaimed Greeks.
With controlled bodies across the land
Here at our bright, sea-cleansed gates will hold
A strong female with a fire, whose
flame is just like lightning, named
Mother of the banished. With her lighted hand
openly shines around the world; her calm pupils order
The sea in the air that identical cities surround
with a shut mouth,"I want your poor combined into one
and set free. The trash of the sea. Send all this trash to me.
Holding the light to welcome it in.
